1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Customers will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the order has been dispatched.

We ship orders through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time:
2–4 business days for metro cities
4–7 business days for other locations within India
Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, strikes).
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order value.
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1,000 (if applicable).
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
Orders can be tracked on our website/app or courier partner’s portal.
5. Delivery Attempts
Couriers will make 2 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
Customers may be responsible for re-shipping charges in such cases.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with proof (photo/video).
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
