Returns & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Nellie, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction. Due to the personal nature of cosmetic products, we follow strict return and refund rules in compliance with Indian e-commerce and consumer protection guidelines.

  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Returns are accepted only under specific conditions listed below.


2. Eligible Returns

You may request a return/exchange if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong product/variant.

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

📌 Requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order, with clear proof (photos/videos of the product and packaging).


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, tested, or partially used.

  • Products without original packaging, labels, or seals.

  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional items.

  • Items bought during clearance/discount sales (unless defective).


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) within 4 working days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Replacements & Exchanges

  • If the product is eligible, we may replace it with the same product or allow an exchange for another item of equal value.

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. Once approved and available the replacement or exchange product will be shipped and delivered within 5 to 7 working days.


6. Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer support at shriienterprises@outlook.com within 2 days of delivery.

  2. Provide order details and photos/videos of the product.

  3. Our team will verify and arrange a reverse pickup (where available).

  4. Pack the product securely in original packaging for courier collection.


7. Responsibility

  • Customer’s Responsibility: Ensuring the product is unused, sealed, and returned with original packaging.

  • Our Responsibility: Quick verification, fair resolution, and timely refund/replacement.
